For RNs, LPNs and CNAs in home care
Get found. Never apply again.
Tell us when you can work, where you'll travel and what you're skilled in. Home care agencies come to you with real cases, pay shown up front. You decide what to answer.
Free for nurses, always.
How it works
Five minutes to set up. Then the work finds you.

Choose how many briefs you want each week, and pause any time.
Block any agency
One tap, and they can't contact you again. A declined case can't be resent unless it changes.
See who responds
Agency response times are visible, so you know who's serious.
Your documents, your call
Agencies see your credentials only when you share them.
Work with several agencies
Tendora isn't your employer. Each agency hires you directly.
Chicago waitlist
Be first when agencies start searching
We're launching with home care agencies in the Chicago area. Illinois patients need an Illinois license, so tell us yours.
Questions nurses ask
Does it cost anything?
No. Agencies pay for Tendora. Nurses never do.
Who employs me?
The agency that hires you. They set your pay, schedule and supervision. Tendora helps you find each other.
I hold an Indiana or Wisconsin multistate license. Can I take Illinois cases?
Not yet. Illinois isn't part of the Nurse Licensure Compact, so Illinois patients need an Illinois license. You can still join and take cases in your licensed states as we expand.
Will agencies see my phone number?
Only after you reply Interested to their case brief. Until then they see your profile, not your contact details.
I'm a CNA. Is this for me?
Yes. You'll receive briefs for aide roles that match your certification, never RN or LPN duties.
